# Weekly Responsibility Audit

**Duration:** 20 minutes · **Cadence:** the same time each week · **Tool:** pen, paper, calendar

This is not a trial of your character. It is an appointment with reality: see what is yours, do the next honest thing, and release what is not yours to carry.

## 1. Empty the open loops

Write every unfinished obligation with weight: promises, bills, decisions, conversations, repairs, appointments.

## 2. Sort each one

| Open loop | Control | Influence | No control | Next honest action |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |

## 3. Ask five questions

1. What did I say I would do? Kept, missed, or partly done?
2. Where did someone carry a cost that was mine?
3. What am I avoiding because it is uncomfortable?
4. What is not mine to control? Release one item out loud.
5. What one proof action will make next week cleaner?

## 4. Close the audit

- **One repair I will make:**
- **One proof action I will complete (date, time, place):**
- **One thing I release:**
- **One person who can ask me about it:**

The standard is not a perfect week. It is a clear record, one repair, and one kept promise.
