The Brotherhood Circle

Threshold crossed: from spectators to witnesses.

Men need witnesses, not spectators.

Who this rite is for

The isolated or under-witnessed man.

The rite — open the protocol

The Three-Men Audit: name the three men who can tell you the truth without losing access to you. If you can't name three, that gap is the work. Send one direct message today arranging a walk, meal, call, or training session — schedule the invitation, don't wait to feel ready.

Daily forge actions (30 days)

  1. Form a circle of 4–8 men. No guru, no ideological purity tests, no humiliation. Confidentiality, a rotating witness role, challenge and care both present.
  2. Meet on a fixed cadence. The format: Arrive (one-sentence truth) → Account (what did I commit to, what happened?) → Edge (what am I avoiding?) → Witness (what do the men see that I'm missing?) → Commit (one action before next time) → Close (one act of service or repair).
  3. The Walk and Truth between meetings: side by side, no phones — what's going well, what's heavy, what are you avoiding, what's next.

The weekly review

Who did I pursue this month? Who witnessed my actual commitments? Where did I perform for spectators instead? Who might need me right now?

The completion rite

A standing circle with a cadence and a shared service act. Brotherhood is where a man is challenged without being shamed and supported without being indulged.

Caution. Guard against the circle becoming performative, avoidant, or dominated by one loud man. Keep it small — four to eight — for real witness. Nine Rites is not therapy and does not replace professional support.

Your life does not need another insight. It needs a threshold.
